How do I place an order for my business? 

You can place orders directly through our Online B2B Portal or by contacting your account manager to request our latest digital catalog.

Why must I order 7 days before the end of the month? 

Our sweets are produced fresh to order. This one-week window allows our factory to plan production cycles, source premium ingredients, and ensure that every item from chocolates to cookies is crafted and packaged specifically for your outlet.

Can I order in specific quantities? 

Yes. To maintain logistical efficiency, all orders are processed in units of 0.5 kg or 1 kg. This ensures accurate inventory management for both our factory and your point of sale.

Who handles the delivery? 

We have a dedicated partnership with SAKR EXPRESS, a leader in Lebanese logistics. They ensure that our products are handled with care and delivered to all regions across Lebanon.
